Made to Order — Quality Guaranteed

Every West Coast Lowridaz piece is made to order just for you in the USA. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color choice or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Defective, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item or size than what you ordered, we make it right — free. Email adamarnold1000@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package is lost or hasn't moved for 10+ days, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.

Cancellations
Orders enter production fast. Cancellations or changes are only possible before production begins — email us immediately after ordering if you need to change anything.

Refund timing
Approved refunds post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
